use.
These terms apply to the Atelier Create private beta.
1. The beta
Atelier Create is pre-release software provided for evaluation. Features, availability, and saved data may change. The beta has no paid unlock or in-app purchase. Do not use it as the only copy of important work.
2. Your work
You keep your rights in artwork and other material you create or import. You are responsible for having permission to use material you bring into the app. Artwork and workspace files are saved on your device. Use the available project backup or export options to keep copies of work you care about. The app’s analytics queue is separate and excluded from device backup.
3. Experimental features
Features labeled Experimental may be incomplete or unstable and may change or be removed. Read the in-app notice before using them, and keep a separate copy of work you care about.
4. Acceptable use
Use the beta lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person’s data, or use it to infringe someone else’s rights.
5. Availability and support
Haro LLC may change or end beta access. For support, email help@createinatelier.com. Email is not an emergency service.
6. Questions about these terms
These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Questions about the beta terms can be sent to help@createinatelier.com.
